We offer a 14-day return policy for unused, resalable products in their original packaging.
If you wish to return a product, please contact us first via email at info@seebactivewear.com. We will provide you with further instructions and the necessary return code.
All returned items will be inspected before the return is approved. Please ensure that the products are carefully packed in their original packaging and unused, with tags still attached.
We cannot refund items that are not in their original condition or are returned more than 14 days after receipt of the shipment.
Returns are typically processed within 2-5 business days, and the refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the order.
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping fees when returning products.
Please note that failing to collect a package is not the same as returning it. A €10 handling fee will be charged for uncollected orders.
If the product is lost, damaged during transit, or does not match your order, please notify us as soon as possible at info@seebactivewear.com.
If you return the order, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
